Smartskid pallets are made of thermoplastic resin; the Smartskid pallet load carriers are 100% recyclable and can start as a 100% post consumer material product.

Made from plastic resin materials Smartskid pallets are completely sanitary and hygienic.

The resins used do not absorb moisture or retain any contaminants such as mold or bacteria.

Smartskid Testing & Validation
The Smartskid has been designed and tested to accommodate varying height requirements, for forklift and pallet truck; trailer loading and handling equipment; most product freight needs are satisfied.
Smartskid pallet Static Loading of 8100kg – Warehouse Stacking
The Smartskid pallet - subjected to a uniformly distributed load of 8100kg applied by means of a rigid plate on the top surface. The Smartskid pallet element is placed on level floor for all analysis.
Smartskid pallet Dynamic Loading of 3600kg - Transport
The Smartskid pallet subjected to a 3600kg load, uniformly distributed over the top surface of the Smartskid pallet element complete. Nominal cyclic displacement was given to the floor in the up/down direction to simulate realistic dynamic loading.
